 This is 'My Oakland'... and even though the city continues to receive a 'bad rap'.  Many people don't understand why we 'want' to live here. Well, I need to do better to showcase my beautiful city. ....No One Is Untouchable

There's been a lot of buzz lately regarding the robbery that 2Chainz was involved in. I saw comments about how he and his folks ran from the robbers. I'm trying to understand what people expected him to do. Just because he is a rapper, he is supposed to be 'HARD' and what, fight the bad guys off like he's Super Man?  And then he stated that he was NOT robbed, but as I was in the middle of this blog, someone posted THIS!

'This is some shit!!'

Okay, so he was robbed.  Yes, people are getting robbed in the Bay Area. In broad daylight no less. Men, women, and CHILDREN. This in NOT a game!
But what has really got me was; I saw that Young Jeezy was in the 'town' yesterday. He was posted up on Instagram 'straight flexin' in the Bay. Picture taking all through the 'hood'. Okay good for him. But then to post comments taking 'shots' at 2Chainz saying; "this is how you do it, 'BayLove'.. ect.. Man, this is out of control!! I don't know why ANYONE would think they are above being robbed in this day and time.  These young cats have no regard for anyone except themselves.  If they seen a opportunity, they are gonna take, and it doesn't matter to them WHO you are.

What's Going On With Me?.. I feel 15 Again!

Recently, I experienced a life changing event. And the only way I can describe it is with a Poem.

You say I'm 15 again, well I feel 15 again

 It's the music again

Transporting me

Escorting me back

back into time

When Rhythm had no Rhyme

I've lost my mind

He's always on my mind

Watching me

Scratching me 

Mixing and blending me 

Up, up and down, Spinning all around

I'm turned upside down

I'm 15 again... I'm floating above ground and I don't know how to come down

Not sure I wanna touch down 
What is this emotional gush
endorphin rush 
I feel no pain

because I feel....15 AGAIN!!
